With offices in the USA, UK, Australia, and India, we deliver innovative solutions to clients in 60+ countries and are continuously growing.\n\nRole\n\nWe are seeking a results-oriented Recruiting Manager to lead our global talent acquisition function and deliver the exceptional talent needed to support our rapid growth. Success in this role will be measured by hiring outcomes, pipeline strength, and the ability to consistently attract and hire top talent for our globally recognized Edtech platform.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nLead and manage a global team of 8+ recruiters.\nOwn recruiting performance and hiring outcomes across global business functions, ensuring critical roles are filled with qualified talent within established timelines.\nPartner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and proactively align recruiting efforts.\nConduct regular reviews of candidate pipelines across all active searches to ensure sufficient volume, quality, and progression.\nMonitor recruiting activity, funnel conversion rates, hiring velocity, and recruiter performance to identify opportunities and risks.\nIdentify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions that improve candidate flow, recruiter productivity, and overall hiring success.\nImplement recruiting KPIs and present recruiting dashboards to key stakeholders and leadership with key insights.\nResearch, test, implement, and optimize recruiting technologies, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.\n\nRequirements:\n\nA Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n10+ years of recruiting experience with responsibility for hiring across global markets, preferably EMEA and North America.\n5+ years of experience leading and developing international recruiting teams.\nExcellent English communication and presentation skills.\nProven success delivering recruiting results in high-growth, fast-paced organizations.\nExperience implementing ATS platforms, sourcing technologies, recruiting automation tools, and AI-enabled recruiting solutions.\nStrong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.\nResults-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\n\nWhy Join JoVE?\n\nA competitive compensation package.\nYou will make a direct impact in accelerating science research and education.\nOpportunity to work with global teams and in an environment that promotes innovation and collaboration.\nOur strong promotion from within culture draws a clear path to advance your career with us.
