About the role
PixelERP is looking for an ERP Customer Support Executive to be the first point of contact for our ERP customers. You'll resolve product queries, guide users through ERP modules, troubleshoot issues, and make sure every customer interaction is clear, fast, and helpful. This is a hands-on support role for someone who knows ERP systems and communicates exceptionally well in English.
What you'll do
- Respond to customer queries via call, email, and chat — promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Finance/Accounts, Inventory, HR/Payroll).
- Guide users on how to use ERP features; walk them through workflows and configurations.
- Log, track, and follow up on tickets to closure using a ticketing tool.
- Reproduce issues, document them clearly, and escalate genuine bugs to the technical/dev team with proper detail.
- Conduct basic onboarding/training sessions and create simple how-to guides for customers.
- Maintain a high CSAT by being patient, accurate, and responsive.
Must-have requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in customer support / application support / ERP support.
- ERP product knowledge is mandatory — hands-on experience with at least one ERP (Tally, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, NetSuite, Marg, BUSY, Focus, or a comparable ERP), including modules like Sales, Purchase, Finance, Inventory, or HR.
- Excellent spoken and written English — clear, professional, customer-ready communication.
- Strong problem-solving and a calm, customer-first attitude.
- Willing to work on-site in Chennai (Egmore) .
