The primary purpose of this role is to work with NewCold's data to build advanced AI models for prediction, computer vision, and conversational agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies, with a passion for solving complex problems and driving innovation.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAI Model Development: Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI models to predict outcomes, enhance computer vision capabilities, and create intelligent conversational agents.\nData Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze large datasets from various sources to extract meaningful insights, identify trends, and drive data-informed decision-making.\nAlgorithm Optimization: Optimize algorithms for improved performance, accuracy, and scalability.\nCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and deliver effective AI solutions.\nResearch and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to continuously improve NewCold's technological capabilities.\nModel Deployment: Deploy and monitor AI models in production environments, ensuring robustness and reliability.\nDocumentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, processes, and methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility.\n\nQualifications:\n\nEducation: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.\nExperience: 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI roles, with a proven track record of developing and deploying AI models.\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\nProficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.\nExperience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).\nStrong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.\nFamiliarity with computer vision techniques and tools (e.g., OpenCV, YOLO, CNNs).\nExperience with natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI technologies (e.g., GPT, BERT).\nKnowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment.\nAnalytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.\nCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.\nProject Management: Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.\nTeam Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\n\nNote: Candidates residing in nearby locations viz; Thanisandra, Hebbal, Yelahanka, Nagawara, Sahakar Nagar, Manyata Tech Park, Hegde Nagar or Jakkur will be preferred.
