Senior Manager - Marketing & Business Development

We are looking to hire a Marketing / Business Development professional for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry.

Position: Senior Manager - Marketing

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Mumbai

Industry Preference: Refractory (Mandatory)

Experience: 5+ Years in Refractory Industry

Job Description:

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in steel, cement, power, foundry, and other refractory-consuming industries.
• Handle key customer accounts and negotiate commercial terms.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–7 Marketing Executives.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, market intelligence reports, and management presentations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Refractory Industry.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing and sales of refractory products.
• Experience in handling and leading a team of 5–7 executives.
• Strong exposure to key industrial sectors such as Steel, Cement, Power, Foundry, and Mining.
