At Neurealm, your ideas matter, your work has impact, and your career can reach new heights.\n\nWe look forward to the possibility of welcoming you into our world — now as Neurealm — where human ingenuity and technology come together to shape what’s next !!\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Tester – Finance Module to join our growing team in Chennai.\n\nWork Location: Chennai\nWork Mode: Hybrid (as per project requirement)\nShift Timings: 12:30 PM IST to 10:00 PM IST (support overlap till 12:30 PM EST)\n\nRole Summary\nValidate Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance implementations across GL, AP, AR, OTC, and Fixed Assets modules\nValidate financial reports including Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet, and subledger-to-GL reconciliation\nVerify end-to-end OTC flow from Order Entry through Cash Application\nPrepare test plans, test cases, and RTM based on business and functional requirements\nExecute SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles across Finance modules\nLog and manage defects using JIRA, ALM, or Zephyr\nPrepare test summary reports, SOPs, and go-live readiness documentation\n\n'05; Requirements\n3–6 years of functional testing experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion Finance applications\nStrong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, OTC, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules\nExperience in test case design, execution, defect management, and UAT coordination\nHands-on experience with JIRA, ALM/Quality Center, or Zephyr\nUnderstanding of P2P, OTC processes, and accounting fundamentals\nAbility to validate financial outputs and identify reconciliation discrepancies\nOracle Fusion Certification or ISTQB Foundation/Advanced certification preferred
