About the role

The admin executive is the person who makes the corporate office work. You'll handle day-to-day office administration; coordinate with our external partners — recruitment agencies, our CA and finance firms, vendors, and service providers — and step out regularly for Pasban work across the city: bank visits, government offices, partner meetings, document runs, and occasional property errands. This is a role for someone organised, dependable, and comfortable being the person everyone relies on to get things moving.

Key responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Run the Saket corporate office day-to-day — internal & external communication
  • Maintain organised records — agreements, licenses, bills, statutory documents, both digital and physical.
  • Manage office vendor relationships — internet, printers, pantry, AMCs — and track renewals.
  • Support travel bookings, meeting logistics, and visitor coordination for the corporate team.

Agency & Partner Coordination

  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies — share role briefs, track candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and follow up on closures.
  • Coordinate with our CA, accounting, and finance partners — share documents, track filing deadlines, follow up on deliverables, and keep statutory paperwork moving.
  • Be the single follow-up point between the corporate office and external service providers so nothing falls through the cracks.

Operations & Field Work

  • Travel for Pasban work — banks, government offices, vendor visits, document submissions, and partner meetings.
  • Occasionally travel to our properties for administrative support
  • Support the operations team on ad-hoc projects

What we're looking for

  • 2–4 years in office administration, coordination, or executive assistance — hospitality or services industry preferred but not required.
  • Strong follow-up discipline — you close loops without being reminded.
  • Comfortable on the phone and on email with external agencies, CAs, and vendors — clear, polite, persistent.
  • Working Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable maintaining trackers and registers.
  • Willing to travel within Delhi NCR regularly, and occasionally to our properties.
  • Two-wheeler or comfort with city travel is a plus.
  • Graduate in any discipline.

The role at a glance

  • Full-time, based at our corporate office in Saket, New Delhi.
  • Office hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, alternate Saturdays off.
  • Local travel costs reimbursed; property travel and stay covered.
  • Compensation in line with industry standards, discussed after a first conversation.
