E-commerce Operations Executive

Role Description

• Track daily / weekly sales , inventory and operational reports.
• Support stock planning , replenishment tracking and inventory coordination.
• Coordinate listing, catalog and backend marketplace tasks.
• Follow up with external agencies and internal teams on pending actions.
• Support deal, coupon, launch and event readiness across marketplaces.
• Maintain trackers for sales, stock, dispatches , pending tasks and key issues.
• Coordinate with seller-side teams, warehouse and logistics teams for smooth execution.
• Flag stock risks, listing issues, dispatch delays or backend gaps in a timely manner.
• Support overall marketplace operations across brands and business verticals as required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce / marketplace operations
• Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience in sales reporting, inventory tracking and backend coordination
• Good follow-up and coordination skills across teams
• Experience with Amazon / marketplace operations
• Exposure to listing / catalog / seller backend tasks
• Experience in inventory planning support / replenishment tracking
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving setup
