Role : Senior Manager, HRBP

Location : Pune


Why this job?

In this Role, you will assume India and US responsibilities partnering with stakeholders and supporting employees across Fulfilment & Customer Experience Business Verticals and reporting to HR Leader.

You will Partner with the business line managers, collaborate with functional HRBPs from other locations.

As a HRBP, You will own relations with front-line managers and individual contributors across various business in India & the US and you will independently drive HR issues through resolution.

This role will require you to be highly independent , roll up your sleeves and be comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced, ever-changing, rapid-growth environment.

Provide inputs to HR Operations on the policy gaps through feedback from focus group discussion, grassroot sessions and experiences of associates/Managers.

Ensure transactions related to data and systems (approval of rewards, LOA leaves etc.) are executed in alignment with standard organization practices.


In the role you will get to:

  • Partner with the Lead of HR for Globalin the execution of HR Activities including performance management, Employee engagement program, Talent Planning, Promotions and other aspects of our people plan.
  • Coach and advise managers and employees on a variety of components impacting employees experience, Including performance management, Employee relations concern, Leaves of absences , Local Labour Laws, Comp & Ben, HR Policies, people dynamics and other HR-related Topics.
  • Foster and Maintain strong relations with key HR Colleagues globally including the employee relations, Inclusion & Diversity, Global Wellness, Global Mobility.
  • Improve the employee experience by identifying and proposing solutions and delivering initiatives to enhance our service delivery model.
  • Build strong ,respectful relations with stakeholders and team members to deliver exceptional HR support to the employees in across Locations.
  • Execution of cyclical People Processes e.g. goal setting, annual and midyear performance cycles, promotions, compensation management, etc. with timeline
  • Assist Lead People Partners with planning and roll-out of People programs and initiatives within the pillar and across IDC.


Who You Are

  • An Experienced HR Professional who has worked as an HRBP in a fast-paced, global Organization. Lead or Specialist
  • Typically 10-12 years of related experience or specialized knowledge and skills.
  • You are a self-starter; you are comfortable working in ambiguity; and you can also work independently with little to minimal supervision.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills as well as critical and analytical thinking abilities.
  • You are comfortable working with large sets of data and can formulate them clearly into a report or a presentation.
  • You have outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at multiple levels within the organization.
  • You can successfully manage high volume of work with multiple conflicting priorities.
  • You have a passion for driving things to closure and understand the need for speed.
  • You are a People’s person and strongly display a zeal for mentoring your teams, cross teams and business managers.


KPI’s:

1) Team management key deliverables:

  • Attrition Management – Maintaining Attrition below 4%-Retention discussions/analysis

Executing EWS process, keeping check on discussions and action plans. Providing advice on retaining employees. Connect to retain employees where team member needs support.

  • Grievance handling – Manage all escalations and resolving before further inflation
  • Employee Connects- ensure 25% population is connected in a month by team members
  • ESAT-continuous improvement, ensure 90% response rate with a score of 4, (prepare & study analysis to identify areas of improvements. Connect with leaders and decide on action plans, have them implemented to improve future ESAT
  • Reward and Recognition: Incredibles/Get Set Fly- plan & execute complete engagement. Right from receiving nominations and limiting nominations basis approved budget, plan and organize complete engagement. Theme, MC, presentation, procurement of vouchers, mailers. Spot: ensure target numbers are met monthly.
  • Performance management: Drive 100% submission of ratings Prepare department rating sheets, prepare graphs, share inputs in calibration discussions, finalize ratings, prepare consolidated final rating sheets.
  • Onboarding: Plan and schedule Inductions with team members. Ensure Inductions are conducted without gaps
  • Discipline & Performance: Keep regular check on disciplinary/performance issues, provide advice team members on correct action plans.
  • Ensure Trackers are updated regularly. Frequent checks on hygiene and timely closures.
  • Activities/Engagements: Plan with team and ensure activities are conducted as scheduled.
  • Budget Preparation & Utilization: Optimum utilization of budget preventing unnecessary wastage, plan and execute activities providing maximum ROI.


2) Individual Contributor: Key Deliverables:

  • Policies: Clear understanding of policies, identifying improvement areas, customizing it as per the current need
  • Processes-Streamlining processes and providing support to others too for reaching the best methods
  • Projects-Undertake process improvement projects that impact the Business. Identifying areas of improvements in HR as well as operations.
  • Team development: Train team members on current tasks minimizing errors and misses are made. Encourage and motivate members to work independently and achieve desired targets. Develop members to take up higher responsibilities. Improve their analytical skills and assist them in preparing reports for their spans.
  • Stake holder management - Maintaining balance between stakeholder decisions/requirement and the policies that are implemented. Create understanding with reasons, coming to a mutual agreement on correct decision to be made.
  • Prepare dashboards- prepare analysis and dashboards that are shared with leaders.


Qualification:

Post graduate/MBA in Human Resources


Skills & Traits

  • Should be thorough with HR practices and techniques.
  • Should be from reputed universities and leading educational institutions.
  • Good Analytical and presentation skills: MS Office-Power Point, Excel, Pivots
  • Good communication skills-Spoken and Written, is a must
  • Should be adaptable and possess good judgement.
  • Must have a logical approach to every problem
  • Quick thinker, able to take decisions at a fast pace
  • Should have a high patience level and not crack under pressure
  • Must be Proactive and fast execution capacity
  • Good at follow up to closures

Essentials:

  • Should have an experience of at least 10-12 years in Talent Management (Min 2yrs in last Org).
  • Should be open to work in an evening shift since we are a global organization.
  • Should have some strategic HR exposure with experience of working in a Contact Center.
