Brand & Content Executive

We're looking for a creative, hands-on individual who enjoys turning ideas into content, campaigns, and results.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience who enjoys creating content, designing marketing materials, coordinating shoots, managing social media, and taking projects from idea to execution.

You'll work closely with the founders and play an important role in building the brands and marketing operations of two growing technology products.

What You'll Do

• Create social media content, campaigns, and marketing materials

• Design creatives for social media, advertisements, presentations, websites, and other brand assets

• Write captions, website content, blogs, marketing copy, and other communication materials

• Coordinate and execute content shoots, including planning, scheduling, logistics, and content production

• Work with designers, videographers, freelancers, agencies, and vendors whenever required

• Schedule, publish, and manage content across social media platforms

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Track content performance and suggest improvements

• Contribute ideas for branding, storytelling, and audience engagement

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in content creation, marketing, design, branding, or a related role

• Familiarity with design and content creation tools

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Understanding of social media platforms and content strategy

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership

Bonus Skills

• Video editing

• Photography or videography

• Basic digital marketing knowledge

• Experience managing social media accounts

• Experience coordinating content production or shoots

• Experience working with startups or growing brands

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
