E-Tender Executive/Sr Executive

Role Description This is a full time job with the title of the role of E-Tender Executive/Sr Executive based in Bangalore. The role involves monitoring tender portals, identifying relevant tenders, and downloading tender documents. The E-Tender Executive/Sr Executive will prepare and organize technical and commercial documentation, ensure compliance with tender requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary inputs. The role includes preparing bid summaries, maintaining tender trackers, and ensuring timely submission of online and offline bids. The individual will also liaise with clients or authorities for clarifications, maintain records of submitted tenders, and support post-tender follow-up as required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of e-tendering processes, government and private tender portals, and basic contract/compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), document formatting, and online tender submission platforms.
• Prioior experience in e-tendering, bid management, or contracts administration in engineering or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
• Graduate degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
