This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator, located in Bangalore Urban. The Inside Sales Coordinator will handle tasks such as managing customer inquiries, processing orders with accuracy, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The individual will also support the sales team with timely reports and updates to streamline workflows and ensure consistent business operations.
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Order Processing for efficient management of client orders and sales activities
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to foster positive client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interactions with both internal teams and external clients
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for sales and order tracking
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the electronics or automation industry is an advantage
