Siebel EAI eScript Workflows Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a Siebel Configuration & Integration Specialist with strong experience in application configuration, workflow configuration, scripting by using eScript, system integrations with EAI. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining Siebel CRM solutions that support critical business operations and customer processes.\nYou will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions, automate processes, and ensure seamless integration between Siebel and external systems.\n\nResponsibilities\nConfigure and customize Siebel CRM applications, including applets, views, business components, business objects, and related repository objects.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into effective Siebel solutions.\nDesign, develop, and maintain workflow processes to automate business operations and improve efficiency.\nDevelop custom functionality and validations using eScript where standard configuration does not meet business needs.\nDesign and implement integrations between Siebel and external applications using Siebel EAI.\nConfigure and manage Integration Objects, Business Services, workflows, and adapters to support data exchange across systems.\nPerform data mapping, interface analysis, and integration troubleshooting activities.\nInvestigate and resolve issues related to configurations, workflows, scripting, and integrations.\nParticipate in system testing, deployment activities, and post-production support.\nEnsure adherence to Siebel development standards, best practices, and performance guidelines.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Siebel Configuration and Development.\nProven experience designing and implementing Siebel Workflows.\nSolid development experience with eScript.\nStrong knowledge of Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration).\nExperience working with Integration Objects, Business Services, and related integration frameworks.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple Siebel components.\n\nPreferred Skills\nKnowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.\nExperience with Siebel Tools and repository management.\nExposure to SOAP and REST-based web services.\nExperience with data migration, transformation, and data mapping activities.\nUnderstanding of application performance optimization and troubleshooting.\n\nAreas of Expertise:\nSiebel Application Configuration\nWorkflow Design and Automation\neScript Development\nEnterprise Application Integration (EAI)\nIntegration Objects and Business Services\nSystem Integration and Data Mapping\n\nExperience working in Telecommunications, CRM environments, or other customer-centric enterprise systems is highly desirable.\n\nA hands-on Siebel professional who enjoys solving technical and business challenges.\nSomeone who can balance configuration, development, and integration responsibilities effectively.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nA collaborative team player who can work closely with both technical and business stakeholders.\nA proactive individual who takes ownership and drives solutions through to completion.\n\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\n\nAQUASoft is an equal opportunity employer.
