About the Rol

We are seeking a high-potential sustainability professional to drive and own the organization's ESG agenda. This role offers end-to-end responsibility across sustainability disclosures, ESG ratings, strategic projects, assurance, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with senior leadership to embed sustainability into business process

Key Responsibilit


  • ies:
    Own end-to-end ESG disclosures, including BRSR and GRI repor
  • ting.Support alignment with emerging reporting frameworks and regulations; knowledge of IFRS Sustainability Standards (IFRS S1 & S2) is an advan
  • tage.Lead ESG ratings and assessment submissions including DJSI, EcoVadis, and
  • CDP.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate ESG
  • data.Support and drive sustainability initiatives such as Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), supplier ESG assessments, materiality assessments, TCFD, and TNFD proj
  • ects.Drive implementation of ESG frameworks, sustainability roadmaps, and process improvem
  • ents.Coordinate end-to-end external assurance activities for ESG disclosures and submiss
  • ions.Prepare management presentations and leadership upd
  • ates.Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Procurement, Operations, Finance, Legal, EHS, and external consult
  • ants.Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple ESG workstr

Preferred Qualifications & Exper


  • ience:
    2–5 years of relevant experience in ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, ESG ratings, or corporate sustaina
  • bility.Prior consulting experience pre
  • ferred.Hands-on experience with ESG disclosures and ratings submi
  • ssions.Exposure to MSCI and Sustainalytics methodologies is
  • a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Management, or a related


field.
