About the Role

Taglynk is exclusively partnering with a premier, high-growth analytical organization to identify a strategic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) .

With over 20 years of foundational experience, the ideal candidate will not just manage an IT department—they will shape the core business strategy by transforming data assets into robust, scalable analytics platforms. This role sits at the critical intersection of elite enterprise architecture, big data engineering, and cutting-edge artificial intelligence (including GenAI).

  • Experience Required: 20+ Years in senior technology leadership
  • Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Board of Directors
  • Team Size Under Management: Headcount of (X) across Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, and Product Architecture

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Vision & Strategy

  • Define and drive the multi-year technology roadmap aligned with the organization's aggressive growth targets in predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Champion the adoption of modern, disruptive technologies, integrating AI/ML models, automated data pipelines, and deep learning analytics into the core product suite.
  • Act as the primary bridge between business strategy and engineering execution, explaining complex tech investments to the board and non-technical stakeholders.

2. Analytics Platform & Big Data Architecture

  • Oversee the design, scaling, and migration of multi-tenant cloud architectures optimizing real-time data ingestion and processing.
  • Enforce industry-leading data engineering standards across modern cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
  • Standardize high-frequency analytical computing metrics, ensuring low latency and maximum compute efficiency.

3. Operational Excellence & High-Performance Culture

  • Lead, mentor, and structurally scale global engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams.
  • Cultivate an agile, continuous-delivery environment driven by automated DevOps practices (CI/CD, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code).
  • Own the vendor, partner, and tool ecosystems, driving strategic technical pre-sales and managing contract negotiation frameworks.

4. Security, Governance & Regulatory Compliance

  • Establish ironclad data governance frameworks ensuring data privacy compliance across varying world regions (e.g., Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Oversee end-to-end corporate cybersecurity frameworks, data masking methodologies, and ethical AI deployment structures.
