We're looking for an AI Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions that power intelligent product experiences. You'll work across machine learning, GenAI, and backend systems to develop scalable models and bring them into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models in production environments.
• Develop scalable training, evaluation, and inference pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered features.
• Optimize models for accuracy, performance, and latency.
• Work with large datasets for data preparation, feature engineering, and model development.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions with backend services and APIs.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve production model performance.
• Build and experiment with GenAI and LLM-powered applications.

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI applications.
• Understanding of NLP concepts and techniques.
• Experience with MLOps practices and model deployment.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with backend systems and APIs.

Good to Have

• Experience building end-to-end GenAI products.
• Knowledge of scalable AI infrastructure and distributed training.
• Exposure to healthcare, SaaS, or consumer technology products.
