About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Hostel Warden to manage and supervise hostel operations while ensuring the safety, well-being, and discipline of students residing in the hostel. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain a secure and supportive residential environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day hostel operations and student activities.
- Ensure student safety, discipline, hygiene, and overall well-being.
- Maintain hostel rules, schedules, and code of conduct.
- Monitor attendance, entry/exit records, and visitor management.
- Address student concerns, grievances, and emergencies promptly.
- Coordinate with parents, school authorities, and support staff when required.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of hostel facilities.
- Organize recreational and welfare activities for hostel students.
- Maintain records and prepare reports related to hostel management.
Requirements
'14; Graduate in any discipline
'14; Prior experience in hostel administration/student management preferred
'14; Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
'14; Ability to handle emergencies and conflict situations calmly
'14; Good communication and organizational abilities
'14; Basic knowledge of safety and student welfare practices
