Designation- Manager/ Sr Manager- Wealth Management\nJob Profile:\n\nDevelop and provide solutions to the client’s basis their requirements\nConduct timely and regular follow-up with the leads and tag them on broadcasts and news articles\nIncrease client base by meeting new clients, taking reference from the existing investors and thereby building AUM\nInitiate portfolio review of the existing investors in a timely manner\nUpsell and Cross sell products to the existing investors and keep them updated on the primary and secondary market trends\nShare regular updates with the investors with regards to the schemes, research papers, etc.\nConduct regular marketing activities in coordination with the regional marketing team and product team\n\nMust Haves:\n\nExcellent socializing and relation building skills.\nExcellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.\nShould be a confident individual and must conduct and present themselves well in front of client\nAble to analyse the requirement of the client’s basis their financial goals and have strong logical and numerical ability\nAbility to deal with stress and follow procedures. Has good emotional stability and conscientiousness when dealing with achieving targets.\nShould always identify opportunities for greater profit\nFollows the guidelines and compliance needs and be closely monitored and response to any request for documentation\n\nDesired Candidate Profiles\nCandidate Should have a minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning & Investment Advisory.\nPossession of requisite certifications will be an added advantage\nShould have exposure in all Wealth Instruments viz., Insurance, FD, Mutual Fund, PMS, AIF etc.\nShould have a proven track record of AUM generation.\nBook size should be minimum 10 cr\n\nLocation- Delhi/NCR\n\nSalary- 12 lpa- 18 lpa\n\nInterested candidate can mail there resume to\n\nRegards
