We need an elite

Research Analyst to join our Talent Intelligence Squad

who owns the full lifecycle:

Research '94; Mapping '94; Prospecting '94; Emailing '94; Closing.

You will use deep market intelligence to find open doors, use targeted outreach to get in front of decision-makers, and carry the ball all the way to a signed staffing contract (MSA), irrespective of market conditions.

What You Will Do (The Full Cycle):
Spot the Signals:

Identify companies actively hiring IT talent and track deep market triggers before requirements go public.
Map the Ecosystem:

Map out decision-makers, hiring managers, TA leaders, Procurement teams, and MSP/VMS contacts across target accounts.
Own the Outreach:

Run sharp, hyper-personalized outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn. No generic corporate spam.
Close the Contract:

Drive the conversations that lead to vendor onboarding, staffing partnerships, and signed MSAs.
Bridge the Gap:

Partner directly with our recruitment teams to align our specialized talent pipelines with the client demand you uncover.

Who You Are:
Experience Level:

Performance-driven. Whether you have 6 months or 6 years of experience doesn't matter to us—your ability to drive outcomes does.
You have a solid grounding in IT Staffing, Lead Generation, Market Intelligence, or Business Development.
You fundamentally understand the mechanics of the US or UK/EU IT staffing ecosystem.
You possess a \"Digital Detective\" mindset—highly resourceful, proactive, and outcome-driven.
