About the Role

Are you a strategic designer who loves solving complex user problems and bridging the gap between business goals and beautiful design? We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who thrives in a collaborative, client-facing environment.


In this role, you will not just be pushing pixels behind a screen. You will be the face of our design team, sitting down with clients, dissecting their requirements, and confidently proposing world-class user experiences that align with their vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Advisory & Consultation: Act as the primary design point of contact for clients. Build trust by translating their business goals and abstract ideas into concrete design strategies.
  • Requirement Gathering: Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and user research to uncover deep insights and define project scopes.
  • Solution Architecture: Analyze complex problems and propose intuitive, scalable, and best-in-class UI/UX solutions that balance user needs with technical feasibility.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback, setting design standards, and managing their deliverables to ensure high-quality output from the team.
  • End-to-End Design: Create high-fidelity wireframes, user journeys, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Pitching & Presentation: Confidently present design concepts to stakeholders and C-suite executives, articulating the reasoning behind your design decisions.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Development teams to ensure design integrity is maintained during implementation.


What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing shipped products and your specific design process.
  • Client-Facing Prowess: Proven experience working directly with clients or stakeholders. You are an excellent listener, an empathetic communicator, and a persuasive presenter.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience overseeing junior talent, delegating tasks effectively, and driving projects forward through a team.
  • Strategic Thinking: You do not just take orders; you ask the right questions, challenge assumptions gracefully, and propose alternative solutions when necessary.
  • Tool Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (including advanced auto-layout and component systems) or similar industry-standard design tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing requirements, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
