About the company: Premium Career Counselling and Global University Admissions Advisory Firm\n\nWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the\nFounder. This role involves supporting the Founder in managing schedules, communication,\ndocumentation, and coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.\nThe Executive Assistant will act as a key bridge between leadership, internal teams, and external\npartners, ensuring smooth execution of priorities and effective time management for the Founder.\nKey Responsibilities\nFounder Support\n%CF; Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders.\n%CF; Track follow-ups, deadlines, and action items emerging from meetings and discussions.\n%CF; Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and summaries to support decision-making and execution.\nCoordination & Communication\n%CF; Liaise with internal teams, schools, partners, and vendors for coordination and follow-ups.\n%CF; Support preparation and sharing of documentation, presentations, and proposals.\n%CF; Assist in scheduling webinars, workshops, and meetings with institutional partners.\nDocumentation & Organization\n%CF; Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential information.\n%CF; Support preparation of reports, presentations, and official communication.\n%CF; Ensure documentation and information flow are maintained efficiently across teams.\nCandidate Requirements\n\n%CF; 1–5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, administrative, or coordination roles.\n%CF; Strong organizational and communication skills.\n%CF; Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\n%CF; Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.\n%CF; Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.\n%CF; Proficiency in documentation, presentations, and digital tools.\n\nPlease share your resumes with
