This is a high-impact Founder's Office Tech & Product role designed for a hacker, dreamer, and doer. You will work directly with the founder to build, experiment, and iterate across multiple dimensions of the business — especially technology, product, and strategic initiatives.\nYou’ll be treated as a co-pilot, not an assistant — with real ownership, trust, and access to the zero-to-one journey of startup building.\nYou’ll help define our early-stage tech infrastructure and product direction while operating in a dynamic, flexible, and deeply entrepreneurial environment.\n\nWho We're Looking For\nYou may be a great fit if you are:\nA Computer Science Engineering student or graduate (or a self-taught developer who’s built real things).\nA failed founder or side-project junkie who’s built and learned through experience.\nPassionate about AI/ML, product thinking, fast prototyping, and scaling systems.\nObsessed with learning, building, and iterating quickly — even with limited inputs.\nHungry for real startup experience and high ownership.\nComfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and context-switching across tech, product, hiring, and strategy.\nLooking for deep career-building experience — not just an internship certificate.\n\nResponsibilities\nBuild MVPs, tools, and automations from scratch using available tech and APIs.\nContribute to the development of the AI layer, internal dashboards, and workflows.\nPrototype with LLMs, APIs, and open-source tools.\nWork closely with the founder to fill the technical leadership gap.\nExecute founder-delegated product and technology initiatives.\nAct as a thought partner for key product and tech decisions.\nContribute to documentation, hiring support, and scaling efforts.\nHelp define the engineering and product culture of the company.\n\nTechnical Stack & Preferences\nYou're not expected to know everything, but familiarity with the following will be a strong advantage:\nLanguages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript\nFrameworks: Node.js, React.js\nTools: GitHub, Postman\nAI/ML: Some experience or strong interest in LLMs\nMindset: Prototyping, async collaboration, rapid iteration, problem-solving with minimal hand holding\n\nLearning & Growth Opportunities\nWork directly with the founder on tech, product, growth, and operations.\nDeep, end-to-end exposure to startup building and early-stage decision-making.\nHands-on learning in AI development, product building, hiring strategy, and market research.\nStrong performers may transition into a full-time leadership role with equity potential (early Stocks).\n\nShortlisting Criteria:\nResume that shows a builder’s mindset (side projects, past ventures, GitHub, etc.).
