Job Title: Functional Consultant (Dy. Manager / Manager)

Location: Kolkata (HO / Factory)

About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical development and business process optimization. You will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing our SAP S/4HANA environment across multiple modules, with a strong focus on manufacturing operations.

Key Modules (Hands-on experience required):

MM (Materials Management)

SD (Sales & Distribution)

FICO (Finance & Controlling)

PP (Production Planning)

PM (Plant Maintenannce)

QM (Quality Management)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide techno-functional support for SAP S/4HANA across MM, SD, FICO, PP, PM and QM modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and functional configurations.
• Develop and modify reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms (RICEF objects) as needed.
• Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain and finance teams to streamline end-to-end processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day SAP issues, including debugging and performance tuning.
• Document functional designs, conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of techno-functional experience in SAP (S/4HANA preferred).
• Proven experience working in a manufacturing organization (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of integration points between MM, SD, FICO, PP, PM and QM.
• Ability to write and understand ABAP code (debugging, user exits, enhancements) is highly desirable.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation (from blueprint to go-live) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.

Preferred (Good to have):

• SAP S/4HANA certification in any of the mentioned modules.
• Experience with Fiori apps or SAP analytics.
