AVP -TA /HR
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives to attract the
right talent
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely, high-quality recruitment.
Design and manage seamless onboarding and induction programs to drive effective employee
integration.
Develop and implement Learning & Development strategies, including training needs analysis and
leadership development programs.
Drive employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and retention initiatives to foster a high-
performance culture.
Lead employee experience initiatives by gathering feedback, analyzing insights, and implementing
continuous improvements.
Build and standardize HR policies, processes, and SOPs across recruitment, onboarding, and L& D
functions.
Leverage HR analytics and dashboards to track key metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
Drive HR automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies and people practices with organizational goals and
culture.
