Job Description:
Your responsibilities:
• Develop and refine Copilot Studio agents and sub agents.
• Write prompts, system messages, guardrails, and variable based logic.
• Implement tools/actions for Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and custom APIs.
• Conduct prompt tuning and behavior correction based on test logs.
• Troubleshoot agent behavior, routing, and signal interpretation.
• Work closely with the AI Architect on interaction models.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience: (Up to 10, Avoid repetition)
• 07+ years of exp
• Hands on with Copilot Studio, AI reasoning patterns, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of M365 connectors, grounding sources, and structured AI workflows.
• Experience with LLM tuning/validation and reasoning optimization.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: (As applicable)
• Good communication and customer handling skill
