About The Client:

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of implementation experience in SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Lead Greenfield/Brownfield implementation of SAP HCM modules in S/4HANA systems.
- Proven track record of managing payroll projects in large, complex organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian payroll regulations, statutory compliances, and payroll processing.
- Strong expertise in configuring payroll schemas, functions, and wage types within SAP Payroll.
- Experience in understanding and configuring Time Management (Positive and Negative) for large manufacturing clients or similar industries.
- Experience managing large domestic PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) customers.
- Hands-on experience implementing SAP Fiori applications for Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management, and Payroll modules.
- Experience conducting workshops, blueprinting sessions, realization activities, data migration, and administrator trainings.
- Experience in employee master data, time management data, and payroll data migration.
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
