Essential Job Functions:
Mission
- Focuses on deploying autonomous AI agents that can think, plan, execute commands, and self-heal infrastructure without human intervention
- Providing tier-3 production support for critical cloud infrastructure and agentic AI pipelines to minimize downtime
- Serving on rotation to troubleshoot live production outages, managing high-priority incidents, and leading root-cause analyses
- Utilizing LLM agents to scan system logs, correlate traces, and automatically generate comprehensive incident post-mortems
- Deploying continuous chaos-testing agents that autonomously probe infrastructure and fix discovered vulnerabilities
- Experience ( Relevant) : 8+ Years
- Experience with Observability related to Multi Agent Systems using LangChain, LangGraph and LangSmith
- Deep Integration with Galilieo and LangSmith
- Expert Management of Loki(logs), Grafana(dashboards),Tempo(traces) and Mimir/Promethesus(metrics)
- Strong experience with Observability related to multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith
- Deep integration with Galileo and LangSmith for tracking prompt traces, token costs, and system latency
- Utilizing Galileo and LangSmith to run continuous evaluations on RAG accuracy, hallucination rates, and agent safety
