About The Job:
- We're seeking an experienced Learning & Development contractor to partner on the end-to-end execution of our onboarding project.
- This role will work closely with the team to design, coordinate, and deliver a comprehensive onboarding experience for new team members.
Essential Job Functions:
- Own end-to-end project execution for the onboarding program, from planning through delivery and evaluation
- Facilitate engaging onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the team
- Manage all training operations including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and stakeholder coordination
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop and refine onboarding content and learning paths
- Track program metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of the intervention
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience facilitating training programs and onboarding interventions - Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Strong training operations expertise with demonstrated ability to manage complex learning projects
- Experience working with technical teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other teams
- Background in technology or data engineering onboarding programs
- Experience with learning management systems and training tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce or enterprise software environments
