Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of Privy/Solitaire customers through telephonic and digital engagement.

Drive relationship deepening by cross-selling banking and investment products.

Ensure superior customer experience and timely resolution of queries.

Achieve business targets across product lines (liabilities, assets, investments, insurance, etc.).

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and onboarding.

Maintain compliance and adhere to all audit and regulatory norms.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Candidate should be Amfi and IRDA certified.

Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant banking experience.

Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Good understanding of banking and investment products.

Prior experience handling premium customer segments preferred.
