(Roles and Responsibilities)
We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer (Contract) with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and performance test engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts using Apache JMeter, along with proven experience in analyzing system performance using NewRelic monitoring tool and identifying bottlenecks.

Key responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain performance test plans and scripts using Apache JMeter.
• Execute load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor application and server performance metrics during test execution.
• Support performance tuning and optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/DevOps environments.

Qualification:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Strong expertise in Apache JMeter scripting and test execution.
• Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics and provide optimization recommendations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
