Job Description*
We are seeking an experienced Python & Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Developer with 5–8 years of hands on experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable cloud native applications while ensuring high performance, reliability, and security across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services and automation scripts using Python.
• Design and deploy scalable solutions on GCP using services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, GKE, and related components.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitor system performance, and improve efficiency using cloud native tooling.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including architects, product owners, and QA to deliver high quality software solutions.
• Ensure best practices around cloud security, cost optimization, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root cause analysis and long-term resolution.
Required Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and microservices development.
• Solid experience with GCP architecture, cloud deployments, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform preferred).
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools.
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work independently in an agile environment.
