| Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) | Senior Business Analyst – Customer IAM Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements. Define and map end-to-end client authentication and authorization journeys including registration, login, multi-factor authentication (MFA), biometrics, and passwordless experiences. |
| Mandatory skills | 12+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years in a Business Analyst or similar role in financial services, digital platforms, or cybersecurity domains. Hands-on experience in CIAM or Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects is mandatory. Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms (MFA, SSO, biometrics, QR-based login), identity lifecycle, and user onboarding. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes. Knowledge and experience working with Agile practices and practical experience with DevOps, CICD and SRE would be beneficial Experience with modern Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitLab. Familiarity with identity platforms (e.g., ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Okta, Transmit Security) is a strong advantage. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations or knowledge of customer-centric design would be an advantage. |
