Servicenow HRSD Architect
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect – HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable HR digital transformation solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow HRSD , enterprise architecture, integrations, workflow automation, and stakeholder management.
This role requires close collaboration with business leaders, HR teams, technical consultants, and delivery teams to define solution architecture, drive best practices, and ensure successful end-to-end implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow HRSD solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performing HRSD solution architectures.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
- Drive platform governance, design standards, and architectural best practices.
HRSD Implementation & Configuration
- Architect and oversee implementation of:
- Employee Center / Employee Service Center
- HR Case Management
- Lifecycle Events
- Knowledge Management
- Document Management
- Employee Journey workflows
- Configure and optimize workflows, catalog items, approvals, SLAs, and automations.
Integration & Technical Leadership
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems such as:
- Workday
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Oracle HCM
- Active Directory
- Payroll and third-party applications
- Provide technical leadership to developers and consultants throughout project delivery.
- Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance sessions.
Stakeholder & Delivery Management
- Work closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to define transformation roadmaps.
- Participate in requirement workshops, estimation, solutioning, and pre-sales discussions.
- Ensure successful deployment, user adoption, and post-implementation support.
Best Practices & Innovation
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and HRSD product enhancements.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Mentor team members and contribute to capability building.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in ServiceNow architecture/solutioning roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementations.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Exposure to ITSM, CSM, or Workplace Service Delivery modules is a plus.
