We are looking for a highly organized and communication-driven Client Delivery Manager with strong understanding of website development processes and client handling capabilities. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple client projects, coordinating with internal execution teams, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering projects within committed timelines and quality standards.

The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating internally with developers, SEO teams, content writers, designers, and SMEs to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.

• Strong client handling and relationship management capability.

• Good understanding of website development lifecycle and processes.

• Basic understanding of:

o WordPress

o Website structure

o SEO fundamentals

o Responsive websites

o UI/UX concepts

o Hosting and deployment process

• Strong coordination and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Problem-solving and escalation-handling capability.

• Strong follow-up and execution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a website development or digital marketing agency.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as:

o ClickUp

o Jira

o Trello

o Asana

• Experience handling international clients is an added advantage.

• Understanding of website QA and project delivery workflows
