Job Description for Sr. Visual/Graphic Designer ( CL5)

Experience:

• Should have 6-10 years of experience, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Animate
• The candidate should have very strong conceptual skills and superior hands-on design skills in graphics and interactive projects, UI design, mobile, with a constant focus on exploring and updating yourself with emerging creative trends.
• Proficiency in Visual Design and its principles (Typography, Composition, Scale, and Color Theory amongst others, etc)
• Experience in leveraging AI tools for media generation (e.g., images, video, text) and integrating AI-generated assets into design projects.
• Generate ideas and concepts that are clear, communicative, and visually engaging
• Hands-on motion/animation experience
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team - ID, Animator, Vendor, PM, Design team
• Strong communication skills : English language knowledge, verbal and written both

Production Task & Responsibilities :

• VSB Creation for Video animation
• Team Coordination
• Collaborate with other designers to create designs. Iterate through design feedback from internal team and customers.
• Find reasonable design solutions, produce detailed visual mocks, and work with developers to build them.
• Actively look for opportunities to improve the product in innovative ways.
• Understand the technical limitations behind your design decisions and have the ability to communicate ideas to our developers/engineers. It’s important that designs are production feasible.

Skills

• Proficiency in Visual Design and its principles (Typography, Composition, Scale, and Color Theory, amongst others) and working knowledge of how those principles work together.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate(Flash), After Effects, Premiere, Adobe XD/Invision, and rapid development tools like Articulate, Captivate, and others
• Good leadership and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Hands-on Visual Design/Motion Design/Animation experience

Qualification and Experience

• Design degree (BFA/MFA) or equivalent field
• Diploma/certification in Web Designing or Multimedia
• Experience in the eLearning industry or related creative discipline
• Proven experience or certification in the use of AI generative media tools for creative production.
