Product Manager
Job Description
Lead-to-Cash Architecture\nDesign and evolve the end-to-end revenue workflow — from inbound lead to closed-won to renewal — across Salesforce, product data, and billing systems.\n\nInternal Product Development\nShip internal tools that eliminate manual work for GTM teams. Prototype rapidly using Retool,\nSQL, APIs, and AI-assisted coding tools.\n\nData Models & Source-of-Truth\nDefine canonical data models for pipeline, CAC, LTV, retention, and forecasting. Ensure executive dashboards reflect reality, not stitched spreadsheets.\n\nAutomation & AI Enablement\nDeploy AI agents and workflow automation to handle repetitive RevOps tasks such as enrichment, routing, hygiene, and reporting.\n\nSystems Integration\nOwn data flow between product, CRM, marketing automation, and finance.
Ensure reliability, observability, and scalability as we grow.\n\nBuild vs Buy Strategy\nEvaluate SaaS tooling versus internal builds. Optimize for speed, flexibility, and long-term leverage.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\n%CF; GTM teams spend less time updating systems and more time selling\n%CF; Leadership and internal stakeholders have real-time, trusted revenue metrics\n%CF; New GTM processes can be launched in days, not months\n%CF; Manual RevOps workload decreases quarter over quarter\n%CF; Internal tools become a competitive advantage, not a cost center\n\nQualifications\n%CF; 4+ years in Product Management, RevOps, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company\n%CF; Hands-on Salesforce or HubSpot architecture experience (custom objects, flows, permissions, automation)\n%CF; Strong SQL + data modeling skills\n%CF; Experience building internal tools (Retool, custom apps, scripts, or similar)\n%CF; Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Workato, custom middleware)\n%CF; Experience working with large, messy GTM datasets\n%CF; Proven ability to ship operational systems end-to-end\n%CF; Experience applying LLMs / AI agents to operational workflows\n%CF; Required to work for US East Coast Hours\n\nNice to Have\n%CF; Experience applying LLMs / AI agents to operational workflows\n%CF; Experience owning RevOps analytics & forecasting\n%CF; Background in engineering, analytics, or technical consulting\n\nWhy This Role Matters\nFor us, internal tooling is a first-class product. You’ll have executive sponsorship, technical freedom, and budget to experiment.
If done right, the systems you build will directly impact revenue velocity, sales efficiency, and company valuation.\nThis is a rare chance to build the revenue operating system from scratch — with AI in the loop from day one.
