We have excellent openings for Relationship Manager-sales role in Housing Finance team.\n\nAbout the Role\nManage sales and distribution through the cross channel, DSAs and open market channels for Housing Finance department.\n\nResponsibilities\nEnsure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs\nManage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased Productivity\nMarketing and encashing catchment areas\nMeeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Home Loan\nEnsure additional revenue generation through cross – sell & Multi selling of Insurance, CASA , Credit Cards etc.\nTraining & Development of the DST Team and DSAs\nLiasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations\nResponsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.\nEnsuring Top Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores\n\nQualification and Experience required :\nGraduate/ Post Graduate professionals with good communication skills\nRelevant Home Loan/Mortgage/ LAP sales of at least 4 to 8 years\nLocal candidates with relevant BFSI industry experience would be preferred\n\nGrade Offered : Deputy Manager and Manager.\n\nNote: We have this Housing Finance RM openings for cities like Delhi, Bangalore, Madurai, Trichy etc.
