Role Description

We are seeking a "Go getter" who is passionate about talking to students and parents. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, India, as an International Senior Student Advisor. Responsibilities include providing personalized counseling to students regarding international education opportunities and guiding them through the application and admission process for all major countries like USA, UK, Australia, Europe. The Advisor will deliver exceptional customer service, address student inquiries, and ensure a seamless support experience from initial contact to enrollment. The role also involves collaborating with educational institutions in Chennai and deliver sessions and workshops on overseas education and company services

Qualifications

• Should have a minimum of 4yrs to 5yrs of experience in similar industry.
• Proven expertise in International Student Counseling and knowledge on major countries USA, UK, Australia, Canada and other countries
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging effectively with students and institutions
• Problem-solving abilities and an empathetic approach to student needs
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant any field
• Salary offered between 3.5 LPA to 5 LPA
