Job Description
Cluster Admin
Education: B. Tech /Diploma Mechanical
Key Responsibilities
- Manage housekeeping, security, and facility operations within budget.
- Control shrinkage, SAV, and scrap processes effectively.
- Handle AMC contracts, licenses, and vendor agreements.
- Ensure availability of operational consumables and stationery.
- Drive power-saving initiatives and maintain HVAC/lux standards.
- Conduct safety audits, fire drills, and ensure safety team readiness.
- Manage CCTV surveillance, biometric systems, and security operations.
- Handle difficult customers and coordinate with government authorities.
- Execute CAPEX projects and facility improvement plans.
- Maintain staff rooms and overall workplace hygiene.
- Ensure adequate availability of HK and security manpower.
- Ensure statutory compliance and asset reconciliation.
- Oversee overall facilities management and maintenance activities.
- Travel to all North-region stores as required to support operations, reviews, and business activities.
