Cluster Admin


Education: B. Tech /Diploma Mechanical


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage housekeeping, security, and facility operations within budget.
  • Control shrinkage, SAV, and scrap processes effectively.
  • Handle AMC contracts, licenses, and vendor agreements.
  • Ensure availability of operational consumables and stationery.
  • Drive power-saving initiatives and maintain HVAC/lux standards.
  • Conduct safety audits, fire drills, and ensure safety team readiness.
  • Manage CCTV surveillance, biometric systems, and security operations.
  • Handle difficult customers and coordinate with government authorities.
  • Execute CAPEX projects and facility improvement plans.
  • Maintain staff rooms and overall workplace hygiene.
  • Ensure adequate availability of HK and security manpower.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and asset reconciliation.
  • Oversee overall facilities management and maintenance activities.
  • Travel to all North-region stores as required to support operations, reviews, and business activities.

Experience


5+ years of experience in facilities, administration, security, or housekeeping operations Retail work experience Background.
