We're Hiring | Quality Manager – Railway / Metro Track Projects\n\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities for our Railway and Metro Track Infrastructure Projects.\nLocation: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India\nExperience: 10Years (Railway/Metro Track Projects)\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n'05; Ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications, inspection plans, and quality procedures for track works, including ballastless track, ballasted track, welding, and associated civil works.\n'05; Prepare and review Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and quality documentation.\n'05; Monitor site quality activities and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to approved procedures and standards.\n'05; Manage material approvals, testing activities, calibration records, and quality certifications.\n'05; Investigate non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure timely closure.\n'05; Lead quality reporting, documentation control, and project quality reviews.\n'05; Train and guide project teams on quality requirements, standards, and best practices.\n'05; Liaise with project management, construction teams, consultants, and clients on all quality-related matters.\n\nQualifications & Experience:\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management for Railway, Metro, Track, or Large Infrastructure Projects.\nStrong knowledge of railway/metro track construction standards, quality procedures, inspection protocols, and testing requirements.\nExperience in handling client audits, quality documentation, and compliance management.\nCertification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor) will be an added advantage.\n\nDesired Skills:\n'14; Strong leadership and team management abilities\n'14; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills\n'14; Proficiency in quality documentation and reporting\n'14; Sound understanding of international and project-specific quality standards\n\nInterested candidates may share their updated CV at:\n\n#Hiring #QualityManager #RailwayProjects #MetroProjects #TrackWorks #RailInfrastructure #MetroRail #CivilEngineering #QualityAssurance #QualityControl #InfrastructureJobs #EngineeringJobs #RailwayJobs #ConstructionManagement #HiringNow #ProjectQuality #QMS #ISO9001 #InfrastructureCareers #IndiaJobs
