We're Hiring: Head of Partnerships & Growth—India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh\nJob Location: Delhi or Ahmedabad, India\nReports to: Director of Partnerships and Growth\nRole Type: Full-time\n\nGrace International is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Partnerships & Growth to lead our university partnership and student recruitment strategy across India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.\n\nThis is a senior leadership role responsible for developing strategic partnerships with universities, driving recruitment growth across the region, and expanding Grace International's network of recruitment partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our regional growth strategy and strengthening relationships with some of our most important university partners globally.\n\nAbout Grace International\n\nEstablished in 2006, Grace International operates close to 50 offices across Australia, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Nepal, New Zealand, Pakistan, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and the UAE. We support thousands of students annually across major study destinations, including Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Canada, and the USA.\n\nAs Grace continues to expand globally, we are seeking a high-caliber leader who can help drive the next phase of growth across South Asia.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead partnership development with universities and education providers across multiple study destinations.\nDevelop and execute regional growth strategies for India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.\nStrengthen and expand Grace International's recruitment partner and sub-agent network.\nIdentify new partnership opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements.\nBuild strong relationships with university stakeholders and senior decision-makers.\nMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and student demand to inform strategy.\nWork closely with in-country teams to drive student recruitment outcomes.\nRepresent Grace International at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.\nAbout You\nSignificant experience in international education, university partnerships, student recruitment, or business development.\nProven ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships.\nStrong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering growth.\nExcellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.\nExperience working across multiple markets or regions is highly regarded.\nStrong understanding of the South Asian international education landscape.\nWhy Join Grace International?\nOpportunity to shape the growth strategy of one of the region's most established education agencies.\nDirect engagement with leading universities and senior decision-makers.\nHigh level of autonomy and influence.\nCompetitive salary package and performance incentives.\nOpportunity for long-term career growth within a rapidly expanding global organization.\n\nApplicants with strong partnership experience who may not yet meet all head-level criteria are encouraged to apply.
