We're a small, senior team — engineering quality and clear thinking matter here more than titles or process.\n\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for our first GTM & Business Growth Associate who can help drive lead generation, outbound outreach, partnerships, demos, marketing and pipeline growth while working directly with the founder.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, exploring new markets, and contributing to the growth of AI and technology-driven products in a fast-paced startup environment.\n\nExperience: 1 Year – 4 years\nLocation: Noida / NCR — Hybrid (3–4 days/week in office)\nType: Full-time\n\nWhat You'll Do\nResearch target companies/customers and decision-makers.\nGenerate qualified leads through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels.\nBuild and manage a healthy sales pipeline.\nMaintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline movement, opportunities, and sales activities.\nSupport partnership development by building relationships with prospects and partners, and coordinating meetings, discovery calls, and product demos.\nCollaborate with the Founder and leadership team on sales strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and market expansion efforts.\nPrepare meeting briefs, notes, and follow-up actions.\nTrack pipeline movement, opportunities, and action items.\nPlan and execute marketing and outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.\nMake technical ideas readable for a business audience\nContribute toward lead generation, brand awareness, demo, pipeline, and revenue targets.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in lead generation, business development, sales, partnerships, or GTM roles.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills.\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.\nComfortable working in a startup environment with high ownership.\nInterest in AI, SaaS, Industrial Tech, or technology products.\n\nBonus If You\nEnjoy writing, networking, and building professional relationships.\nAre active on LinkedIn or industry communities.\nHave explored AI tools, SaaS products, or technical systems.\nHave experience achieving sales, lead generation, or pipeline targets and bit of marketing.\n\nWhat You'll Get\nDirect exposure to founder-led GTM and strategy.\nHigh ownership and rapid learning opportunities.\nExposure to sales, partnerships, product positioning, and customer acquisition.\nCompetitive Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives\n\nEducation\nBachelors CS/IT with MBA in Marketing, is preferred\n\nHow to Apply\nSend us:\nA short introduction about yourself.\nYour LinkedIn profile and resume.\nSomething you've built, written, sold, or explored recently.
