About the Role

As a Relationship Manager, you will drive end-to-end sales of Club Mahindra Holiday Memberships (Keystone) through direct customer interactions, field activities, and corporate engagements.

You will play a key role in converting prospects into members by understanding their travel needs and delivering compelling sales presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Generate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, and existing networks
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with customers
• Handle objections and close high-value sales
• Maintain strong follow-ups and post-sale relationships
• Support new members with their first holiday booking
• Participate in corporate events and promotional activities

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduate (any discipline)
• 6 months to 6 years of sales experience
• Background in Direct Sales / Field Sales / Hospitality / Insurance / Banking / Real Estate / Telecom
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Highly target-driven and self-motivated
• Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings
