We're defining what tokenization means for thenext decade of institutional finance.\nAbout the Role\nYou'll own Blockmaze's video content strategy and production - building a library of explainer\nvideos, founder thought leadership pieces, product demos, customer stories, event recaps, and\nsocial-first video content that educate buyers, build credibility, and drive engagement across\nLinkedIn, YouTube, the website, and sales enablement channels.\nYou'll work cross-functionally with Content, Brand, PR, and Product Marketing to translate\nwritten content like blog posts, whitepapers, case studies into video and Skills Required:\n4-6 years as a video creator, videographer, or content producer (B2B preferred but not\nrequired)\nEnd-to-end video production skills: scripting, shooting, editing, motion graphics, sound\ndesign.\nProficiency in video editing software and AI video creation (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,\nGoogle Veo, Deepseek etc) and motion graphics tools (After Effects)\nExperience shooting talking-head videos, product demos, and explainer content\nPortfolio demonstrating clean, professional work (not flashy or over-produced —\ninstitutional tone).\nYouTube and LinkedIn video optimization knowledge (thumbnails, captions, formatting\nfor each platform)\nKey Responsibilities\nVideo Strategy and Planning:\n-Develop quarterly video content plans aligned with marketing priorities (product\nlaunches, events, campaigns, thought leadership)\n-Identify which content formats work best as video: founder interviews, product demos,\nexplainer animations, customer testimonials, event coverage.\n-Collaborate with content and brand teams to turn written content into video scripts.\n-Build a content calendar that balances evergreen explainers with timely reactive content\nVideo Production:\n-Founder thought leadership: Interview-style videos where founders explain\ntokenization, regulation, market trends (2-5 minutes)\n-Product explainers: Screen recordings with voiceover showing how the platform works\n(1-3 minutes)\n-Customer stories: Testimonial videos featuring institutional clients (co-produced with\ncustomers, 2-4 minutes)\n-Educational content: 2-3 minute explainer videos on tokenization concepts,\ncompliance, custody-\n-Event coverage: Recap videos from conferences, summits, and owned events (1-2\nminutes)\n-Social-first content: Short-form vertical videos for LinkedIn and X (30-90 seconds)\nPost-Production and Optimization:\n-Edit videos for multiple platforms: long-form (YouTube, website), short-form (LinkedIn\nfeed, X), and cutdowns (ads, email)\n-Add motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, and branding overlays\n-Optimize for each platform: aspect ratios, thumbnails, video SEO (titles, descriptions,\ntags)\n-Create captions and transcripts for accessibility and SEO\nDistribution and Amplification:\n-Publish videos to YouTube, LinkedIn, website, and sales enablement tools\n-Coordinate with Social Media Manager on distribution and promotion\n-Track video performance: views, watch time, engagement, conversions\n-A/B test thumbnails, titles, and opening hooks to improve click-through rates\nVideo Asset Library:\n-Build and maintain a library of reusable video assets: stock footage, B-roll, motion\ngraphics templates, intro/outro animations\n-Create templates for recurring video types (product updates, event recaps, founder\nQ&As)\n-Organize and archive raw footage for future repurposing\nWhy Join Blockmaze\nCategory-defining work: You're not optimizing an existing brand.
