Assistant Manager (Electrical)-Solar Projects | Ilios Power\n\nAbout the Job\n\nAs an Assistant Manager (Electrical)-Solar Projects at Ilios Power, you will support the execution of electrical works for utility-scale solar projects from installation through commissioning. You will coordinate with site teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with quality and technical standards. Your role will involve monitoring progress, resolving site issues, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects within schedule and budget.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech – EEE preferred) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering\n5–8 years of total experience, with entire experience in solar project execution and transmission line (TL) execution/erection\nStrong hands-on experience in utility-scale solar electrical execution and commissioning\nProven expertise in transmission line erection, stringing, tower erection, and grid connectivity works\nIn-depth experience in HT/LT systems, cabling, earthing, switchyard, and substation-related activities\nExperience in handling end-to-end on-site electrical activities from installation to commissioning and synchronisation\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience in complete electrical execution of solar projects from mobilization to commissioning\nStrong ability to read and interpret SLDs, electrical layouts, and transmission line drawings\nExperience in inverter installation, transformer erection, switchyard execution, and protection systems\nFamiliarity with testing & commissioning procedures, grid synchronization, and statutory compliance\nExperience in managing transmission line erection teams and contractors on-site\nWorking knowledge of electrical testing equipment and safety standards\nExperience in preparing DPRs, inspection reports, and commissioning documentation\nAbility to independently manage site execution, coordination, and issue resolution\n\nResponsibilities\nElectrical Execution: Lead installation of inverters, transformers, HT/LT systems, cabling, and switchyard components\nTransmission Line Execution: Oversee tower erection, stringing, sagging, and complete TL execution for power evacuation\nCommissioning: Execute testing, pre-commissioning, and final commissioning including grid synchronization\nDrawing Compliance: Ensure all work is executed as per approved SLDs, layouts, and technical specifications\nContractor Management: Supervise and manage contractors for both electrical and TL works\nProgress Tracking: Monitor daily execution and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones\nQuality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with project specifications\nSafety: Enforce strict adherence to electrical and site safety practices\nDocumentation: Maintain DPRs, test reports, and commissioning records\nCoordination: Work closely with civil, planning, and project teams for smooth execution\n\nCompensation\nBudget Range: ₹8 LPA – ₹12 LPA (as per market standards in leading solar EPC companies, based on experience and expertise)\n\nLocation\nNellore Andhra Pradesh (Project Site)
