Field Sales Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Visit assigned shops, premises, apartments, commercial areas, residential clusters, and associations daily.
• Generate leads for IAS Subscription / alarm monitoring solutions.
• Explain Ezone's IAS service, CMS monitoring process, and basic security solution benefits to customers.
• Carry and use demo material / demo kit as required.
• Identify decision makers such as shop owners, business owners, association members, builders, admins, and facility contacts.
• Support association and cluster-based selling in apartments, gated communities, market lanes, and commercial groups.
• Follow up with interested customers and move leads toward demo, proposal, agreement, installation, and activation.
• Log every visit, lead, follow-up, and customer update in CRM on the same day.
• Coordinate with CRM, Team Leader, and installation team for clean customer handover.
• Identify opportunities for CCTV, access control, fire alarm, intrusion alarm, and other electronic security systems and refer them internally to the relevant team.
• Share market feedback, competitor information, customer objections, and local opportunity inputs with the Team Leader.
• Maintain discipline in route coverage, reporting, follow-up, and customer communication.
Daily Work Expectations
• Daily field visits in the assigned territory.
• Regular lead generation from local market coverage.
• Customer meetings and product explanation.
• Demo scheduling / demo support.
• Same-day CRM entry for all visits and leads.
• Follow-up of open leads without repeated reminders.
• Reporting hot leads, blockers, and next actions to the Team Leader
