Position Summary\n\nThe client is seeking a highly connected, proven enterprise sales professional with deep experience selling network monitoring, observability, AIOps, telecom, or infrastructure operations solutions into large enterprises, service providers, telecom operators, cloud providers, and MSPs.\nThe ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader with an established network of executive and operational relationships across Network Operations, NOC, Infrastructure Operations, Service Assurance, and Network Engineering organizations. This individual must have a demonstrated track record of closing complex enterprise software or SaaS deals and opening strategic accounts through trusted customer relationships.\nThis role is ideal for someone who has previously sold solutions such as network monitoring, observability, event correlation, AIOps, service assurance, OSS/BSS, infrastructure automation, or network analytics platforms.\n\nResponsibilities\nDrive enterprise sales and strategic account development for client’s AI-driven network operations platform.\nLeverage existing industry relationships to open and accelerate opportunities within telecoms, ISPs, enterprises, financial institutions, cloud providers, and managed service providers.\nBuild executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VP Network Operations, VP Infrastructure, Service Assurance leaders, and Network Engineering executives.\nIdentify customer operational pain points related to outages, MTTR, RCA, alert storms, NOC efficiency, and automation.\nLead the complete sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.\nCoordinate closely with executive leadership, solution engineering, and product teams to align customer requirements and solution value.\nDevelop strategic partnerships and channel opportunities where appropriate.\nRepresent the client at industry conferences, customer meetings, and executive briefings.\n\nDesired Experience\n5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.\nProven success selling network monitoring, observability, AIOps, telecom OSS/BSS, service assurance, infrastructure operations, or related solutions.\nExisting relationships with telecom operators, ISPs, cloud providers, large enterprises, or managed service providers.\nDemonstrated history of exceeding enterprise sales quotas and closing six-figure and seven-figure deals.\nStrong understanding of network operations, NOC environments, incident management, RCA, observability, or infrastructure operations.\nExperience engaging both executive buyers and deep technical stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with modern observability or AIOps platforms is highly desirable.\n\nTarget Customer & Buyer Familiarity\nThe ideal candidate should already possess relationships with, or experience selling into, organizations and roles such as:\nExecutive & Economic Buyers\nCIO\nCTO\nChief Network Officer\nSVP Infrastructure\nVP Network Operations\nVP Service Assurance\nVP IT Operations\nVP Customer Experience\nOperational & Technical Buyers\nDirector of Network Operations\nNOC Director / NOC Manager\nDirector of Infrastructure Operations\nHead of Network Automation\nDirector Service Assurance\nPrincipal Network Architect\nNetwork Reliability Engineering teams\nObservability and AIOps Architects\nOSS/BSS Architecture teams\nIndustry Segments\nTelecommunications Providers\nISPs and Fiber Operators\nCloud Providers\nFinancial Services\nManaged Service Providers (MSPs)\nLarge Enterprises with mission-critical infrastructure\n\nPreferred Background\nExperience with one or more of the following areas is highly preferred:\nNetwork Monitoring\nAIOps Platforms\nObservability Solutions\nEvent Correlation\nInfrastructure Automation\nTelecom OSS/BSS\nService Assurance\nNetwork Analytics\nHybrid Cloud Networking\nAutonomous Operations\n\nWhy Join the client\nWork directly with industry-recognized AI and networking experts from Google, Verizon, and Sun Microsystems.\nJoin a high-growth AI infrastructure company addressing one of the largest unsolved operational challenges in networking.\nHelp shape the future of Autonomous Network Operations.\nCompetitive compensation with strong upside potential including equity participation.\n\nLocation\nFlexible / Remote with travel for customer meetings, conference
