Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :
%CF; Own end-to-end rider sourcing and hiring strategy for assigned regions/cities aligned to
OPD and expansion plans.
%CF;Lead weekly and monthly hiring targets with strong forecasting, demand planning, and
execution rigor.
%CF; Design and implement scalable short-term and long-term sourcing strategies to build a
sustainable rider funnel.
%CF;Own complete new rider lifecycle metrics — sourcing, onboarding, activation,
productivity, retention, and cost efficiency.
%CF; Monitor and optimize rider cost metrics, hiring efficiency, and fulfilment ratios while
ensuring supply-demand balance.
%CF; Drive daily and weekly performance reviews through data dashboards and structured
governance.
%CF;Own and manage P&L for rider sourcing across cities, ensuring cost optimization and ROI
improvement.
%CF;Lead and mentor sourcing teams on-ground; drive accountability, performance
management, and capability building.
%CF;Leverage data-driven insights to reduce attrition, improve rider quality, and enhance
hiring productivity
%CF;Strengthen stakeholder alignment and act as the single point of ownership for Last Mile
sourcing performance.
Are you who we're searching for
%CF;Qualification: MBA preferred (or equivalent experience)
%CF;Experience: Minimum 3 years in Last Mile / First Mile sourcing and high-volume rider
hiring, with team management exposure
%CF;Strong understanding of rider cost structures, fulfilment metrics, and supply planning.
%CF;Proven experience in managing city/region-level hiring P&L
%CF;Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of SQL is a plus
%CF;Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
%CF; Data-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable operating in high-growth environments
