Our ambition is to create a space devoted to lifelong learning — a space where working professionals, organisational leaders, founders, civil servants, artists, and individuals from all walks of life can return to education with seriousness and humility.\nMany adults carry a quiet question: What if I could receive the education I once wished I had?\nAn education that sharpens thought, deepens perspective, and allows one to step back from the urgencies of professional life to examine society, institutions, ethics, leadership, and the self.\nWe are building this space as our answer to that question.\nIf that question resonates with you, we invite you to help shape the response.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n0 to 3 years of work experience\nClear written and verbal communication\nAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously\nComfort working with internal stakeholders and external partners\nProficiency in Microsoft Suite\n\nKey Responsibilities\nInstitutional Memory & Knowledge Systems\nDevelop and maintain structured repositories capturing SOPs, templates, vendor records, faculty preferences, MoUs, and participant feedback to ensure knowledge continuity across programme cycles.\nDocument best practices and operational learnings so that each programme strengthens the next, reinforcing the Office’s “building block” philosophy.\nEnsure institutional knowledge remains organised, retrievable, and continuously refined to support scale and coherence.\nData Management & Programme Records\nMaintain accurate, up-to-date programme records including participant data, cohort histories, faculty documentation, and partnership records, ensuring integrity across all systems.\nBuild and manage centralised data repositories with clear version control and data hygiene standards.\nSupport programme teams with timely data retrieval, reporting, and historical reference across cohorts and partnerships.\nFinancial Tracking & Budget Management\nMaintain real-time financial trackers covering income, expenditure, and budget utilisation across programmes, proactively flagging deviations to leadership.\nPrepare financial summaries and cost analyses, coordinating closely with Finance to ensure accurate institutional recording of revenues and expenses.\nSupport budgeting templates and financial modelling for new and recurring programmes.\nInvoicing & Payment Management\nRaise invoices accurately and on time to participants and partner organisations, maintaining systematic payment-tracking registers.\nMonitor outstanding dues, reconcile receipts against programme fee schedules, and conduct professional follow-ups on pending payments.\nCoordinate with Finance and Admissions to ensure smooth fee collection and documentation compliance.\n\nThe stated responsibilities are not an exhaustive list of duties.\n\nRemuneration:\nCompensation will be competitive and benchmarked to industry and sector norms commensurate with experience and qualifications.
