Our client is one of India's leading forging manufacturers, serving major automotive, railway, farm equipment, bearings, oil & gas, power, and industrial customers globally.
They are looking for a Zonal Sales Head
Location: Chennai
Experience: 10–18 years
About the Role: Lead all sales and business development activities for trailer axles, driving revenue growth, key account management, dealer network expansion, and customer satisfaction across OEM, fleet, and aftermarket channels.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute annual sales strategy aligned with company targets
- Manage OEMs, large fleet operators, and institutional key accounts
- Expand and strengthen the dealer & distributor network across regions
- Prepare sales forecasts and coordinate with Production, PPC, Logistics & Finance
- Drive competitive pricing strategy and market intelligence
- Lead and mentor the sales team with structured performance reviews
- Present pipeline status and growth plans to top management
Who We're Looking For
- 10–18 years of experience in sales, trailer axle servicing, and commercial vehicle operations
- Strong knowledge of trailer axles, suspension, and wheel-end components is mandatory
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
- SAP/ERP proficiency and experience with complaint MIS & data analytics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
