Hiring: Area Manager\nLocations: Salem, Kanyakumari/Tenkasi, Thiruvallur, Trichy, Tiruvannamalai/Vellore\nQualification: B.Tech (CS/E&TC), BCA, BSC(CS).\n\nAbout the Role\nWizklub, a part of Infinity Learn and backed by the Sri Chaitanya Education Group, is looking for passionate and result-oriented Area Managers (Individual Contributor) to drive business growth through school partnerships and customer engagement across assigned territories.\nThe role involves acquiring new schools, managing existing school relationships, conducting product demonstrations, driving renewals and upselling opportunities, and ensuring successful program implementation.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and manage business growth within the assigned territory.\nAcquire and onboard new school partners.\nPresent and demonstrate Wizklub's Coding, Robotics, and HOTS programs to school management and decision-makers.\nDrive customer retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities within existing school accounts.\nPlan and execute workshops, product demonstrations, student activations, and marketing initiatives.\nDevelop and manage channel partners to generate business opportunities.\nEnsure timely collections and adherence to company policies.\nBuild strong relationships with school stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.\nAddress customer concerns and coordinate timely issue resolution.\nComplete school onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.\nMaintain accurate CRM updates and daily reporting.\n\nIdeal Candidate\nB.Tech (Computer Science/E&TC), BCA,BSC(CS)\nExperience in B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, School Sales, or EdTech Sales.\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently in a target-driven environment.\nWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.\n\nWork Environment\nHigh-energy and performance-driven culture.\n100% field-based role.\nSix-day work week.\nExtensive travel within the assigned territory.
